The Collaborative is a strategic alliance of the Academic Affairs Business Office (AABO), Enrollment Management Business Office (EMBO), Library Business Office (LiBO), and the Undergraduate Colleges Business Office (UCBO) for the purpose of:
The Collaborative is sponsored by Academic Affairs Finance & Administration, and supported by the Strategic Stakeholders - a group of Administrative Officers, Provosts, and Directors from across all business office areas. Along with best practice projects, like how to request support from each other and other functional workgroup topics, a Shared Resources Team was formed and they crafted suggestions for finding common needs and sharing existing and new resources with each other.
The Collaborative staff meet in person 3-4 times per year and meet via Zoom most other months. Special workgroups meet throughout the year on varying schedules and the Strategic Leaders gather 3 time per year for updates, feedback and strategic planning.
The Collaborative is comprised of staff from the three business offices mentioned above: AABO, EMBO, LiBO and UCBO. Overall leadership is shared in partnership by Jessica Kuhrt, Director of AABO/EMBO, Pamela Frugé, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Education/Director of UCBO and Kevin Waldrop, Center for Operational Excellence. While some strucure includes direct reporting, others are dotted-line reporting for the purpose of The Collaborative functional work, special workgroups and overall goals.
